Notification says, "Couldn't sign in Verizon".

About a week ago, my Moto Mini started receiving a notice that says "Couldn't sign in Verizon".  When I click on it, it opens a dialog box that says "The password for Verizon is incorrect. Please enter the correct password:______" with a Cancel and OK buttons. This window appears over the screen for the Verizon email account screen. It doesn't seem to matter if I enter the password and hit OK or just hit cancel.  Either way, the notification will appear again at random times.  Any ideas?

Really sorry to learn about this issue you're having! Let's see what we can do. Please remove the SIM card from the device and power off and on Then, monitor the device and let me know how it goes.
