Number is not validated!!

I just got this incredible yesterday and when I tried to activate and transfer my contacts, it kept saying call customer service, cannot activate. Although I have full use of the internet and the talk option, I cannot make or recieve calls or texts. I can't even call Verizon. When I try to call the message says to call wireless provider, your number can't be validated. What I don't understand is its worked fine until several hours ago!

This happened to me over the weekend as well, I don't know if you're fixed yet, but I called customer service: #832, and it was fixed quickly.
