I went to the verizon store today to get a new phone because the on/off button does not work. I was told they could not replace it, but could order an another phone from Motorola. I told the salesman that was not good enough and that I wanted a new phone now since I can not use the one I have. He informed me that he could do nothing about the way Verizon handles these problems. My phone is only 3 months old, I told the salesman I did not want a refurbished phone. He said that was not his choice, it is up to Motorola. They had phones in stock, which he tried to sell me another phone. I am not please with this issue and I felt they did not care about me, only a sale.
