Since this is my first plunge into the world of the smartphone, it hasn't taken me long to figure out that for a rookie to get anything fixed, it's best to take one issue at a time. It's just like working with a computer....well, it really is a computer after all, you should only try to fix one problem at a time or you are apt to create more problems.
