Ongoing Failed Video Upload

Hi Everyone (:

So I was trying to upload a few videos onto facebook. Two of the videos have been trying to upload now for hours and aren't uploading so I just want to delete and cancel the upload.  I have tried force closing and clearing the data on the facebook app and I have turned on and off the phone and restarted it a few times. I can't think of anything else to do?

I was reading your post and I couldn't help but to chime in and assist with your video messaging issue. May I ask are you able to send & receive video messages to other mobile phones? Also, how long are the videos your are trying to upload and what resolution are the videos recorded in? I'm assuming that these are videos that you have taken using your device and are not copywritten, correct? If so then what make and model device do you have?

There are several ways to upload a video to Facebook from your cellular device. One of the most popular ways to upload videos to Facebook is by using a Video Uploader. Here's a link so you can get a better understanding on how it works.

In addition to trying this app, I would recommend that you unsintall the Facebook app, reboot the device, and re-download the app onto the device. Once you have done so, retry to upload a video. If the results are the same then please post your findings so I can further assist,
