I wanted to transfer some apps to my SD card and I was only able to transfer about 10 and the rest wouldn't. The 'transfer to SD card' button wasn't highlighted and when I tried it, it wouldn't actuate. Is that normal? I've had a couple of Droid's with Froyo and they've all been the same. I would appreciate any input. Also, Backup Assistant will only transfer numbers I've added since I've activated my phone, it won't download the entire contact list to backup. I have about 255 or so contacts and it has only downloaded about 40 or so.

Putting the apps on the SD card is a new thing with Android 2.2. Not all apps currently allow it. Not all apps will ever allow it because some will not work correctly on the SD card. Widgets from apps on the SD card will also not work. The good news is that the Droid 2 has 8 gbs of storage for your apps on the phone, so you really have no need to put all your apps on the SD card, because phone memory is not an issue.
