Order 8/26 ship 9/10

Did anyone else order on 8/26? did you get a shipping email if so?

I ordered on 8/25 and it says ship by 9/9. I haven't received an email yet.

Check to see if you received a "confirmation" e-mail with a order number. I ordered one on 8/26. The Verizon website said everything went through giving me what was being charged etc etc. Never received an e-mail. Called Verizon directly several days later to ask for an order number and they said that they had no record of any order. 

Needless to say I had to re-order the Droid X AGAIN....ship date was pushed back another 3 days because of it.....Sooooo I would just double check to make sure.....

I ordered it on 8/26 with the same ship date. I did not a get an email but a message from the VZwireless site. Nothing has changed with the ship date. I was hoping I would get it before the weekend. Oh Well...

I ordered my X with customer service on 8/26......with an estimated ship date of 9/10.  Read about a lot of people getting theirs earlier that expected.  Hope that is the case with mine too!   BTW....NO email confirmation or anything.

So....I never got the confirmation email.  I called Verizon yesterday (9/2) and was told I have a tracking number.   Mine was shipped 9/2 with an estimated delivery date of 9/7.   Mine was ordered on 8/26, I live in GA.   Hope everyone gets theirs earlier than expected too!    Oh BTW......My original estimated ship date was 9/10 when I called and ordered on 8/26.   Good luck to everyone still awaiting this awesome handheld machine....

I ordered my the 24th with a ship date of 9/8, just got my tracking number today and is expected to be at my door tomorrow by 3pm

Yes I ordered mine online on 8/26 w/ ship date 9/10. Got my email yesterday and my DX is finally here!!

Finally! Just got my confirmation email. My X has shipped. Sadley it won't be in until the 8th because of the holiday, but still earlier than I was originally told!

FYI: I ordered in store on 8/26... Was given ship date of 9/10.... Called and spoke to CSR at 2pm today... She confirmed 9/10 ship date..

4pm today received shipment email from VZW!!! Shipped out 7 days early!!

I ordered my X on 8/29 through a Verizon store.  The guy who took my order told me that it will take 5 days...HA!! I came home and checked by going to the verizon online tracking page and provided my order number.  It just gave me a crappy message "Due to overwhelming inventory demands, your DROID X by Motorola order will ship on 09/13/2010".

This message is on from 9/1.  I am in Virginia.  Anyone who ordered their phones on 8/29 that received them?

The fun part was, when I called Verizon CSR, he could not even SEE my order in the system.  What gives?  Anyone help me on this?
