Wasn't sure where to post this question, but I ordered a droid Incredible on Saturday.
With overnight shipping I assumed it would be ordered by the store on Monday and be here today, Tuesday.
Whenever I go to Order Status it comes up with a simple 2 item form, one says order number which I have, the other says 'Last name.'
I have no clue what to enter in the last name column. My last name doesn't work and there is no last name on the receipt near where I see the order number.
Please help
