How can I access Outlook 2007 Notes $ Tasks on the HTC Incredible?

There isn't any native way. The HTC Sync program will only do Calendar and Contacts. There are a myriad of apps available, almost all of them paid. This is one example - http://market.android.com/details?id=com.mylink.advanced.outlook
