Outlook sync's calendar .... but not contacts?

Any help you guys can offer would be great ...

 

I'm having a tough time with setting up the Droid for corporate Exchange.  I entered the required information, but only the "Corporate Calendar" syncs and shows my stuff!

 

One of the last steps to setting up the Corporate email account it asks for my name and the name of the account.  I enter both, choose "Done" then the screen flips backwards two pages....  I must be missing something.

 

After setting up the account, I search for my "renamed" email, but can find it.  Furthermore, when I look at my contacts, there aren't any...

 

What am I doing wrong???

NO YOU ARE NOT!!! The problem is with Verizon not setting up the devices (both Moto and HTC Droid) to sync with any exchange server that requires a simple pin. Sprint Hero had the same problem until they fixed it about 60 days in and thousands of dollars lost in returns.
