Outstanding Service by Local Verizon Store

I have had my share of less than outstanding service from Verizon in the past but wanted to just post an 'attaboy' for Verizon with my most recent experience.
I went to the local Verizon store (Enterprise, AL) on Friday to upgrade my Samsung Rogue to the new Samsung Droid Charge. I talked with the Verizon representative about the new phone, if there were any issues and what advantages it had over the Fascinate, which my wife and daughter have, or the HTC Thunderbolt. Battery life was the big difference as I had already researched and learned.
Anyway, in the checkout process, the Verizon Representative accidentally picked up the HTC Thunderbolt and was in the process of adding the SYM card before activating the phone when I noticed the back cover she had removed from the phone had HTC on it so I pointed this out and she apologized and then proceeded to get the correct phone and reversing out the charges for the HTC phone and processing the correct Samsung Droid Charge. Obviously, this entire process took longer than I wanted due to the mistake but it was corrected, with a manager's help, and they even gave me a $50 additional credit for my trouble so I ended up spending less than I expected too.
After she got the new phone processed, activated, my Google account and other email account set up, and contacts downloaded, she then showed me a few of the main features of the new phone.
Anyway, that is it. I just wanted to post about a positive experience as we, as humans, often dwell on the negative.

It is refreshing to hear that there is still superior customer service to be found . unfortunately all we hear about is the bad.....

a) that didn't happen so what's the point of speculating, and
b) there's no restock fee for that.
