PHONE LOCK AND UNLOCK SLIDES BARS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

I RECENTLY NOTICED THAT UNLOCK SLIDE BARS THAT WERE ORIGINALLY ON MY DX ARE NOT SHOWING UP ANYMORE. WHEN I WAKE THE PHONE UP IT GOES DIRECTLY TO THE HOME SCREEN. ANYONE KNOW WHY OR HAVE THIS ISSUE??

Did you disable it or wipe your phone to restore back to it's factory state?

I'M NOT SURE IF I DISABLED IT?  NO DID NOT RESET THE PHONE

No need to keep shouting.  Do you realize that when you type in all capitals, it's considered shouting?  Go back to your settings and see if it's disabled.

If you go to Settings > Location and Security > Security Lock ... you will need to set each of the 3 items on this screen.

Sorry about the caps! So excited about possibly getting a solution I forgot my etiquette.I'll give your suggestion a try and let you know.

The screen lock box was unchecked, the lock function is now working. Thanks!
