Hello, can someone please help me ASAP!!! I am trying to repair this Motorola droid x2 mb870 for a friend of mine, they have very important pictures on it that they cannot get them off of it and i am not too familiar with this phone but what is happening is when i plug it in to my computer.. the green light lights up and stays a solid green. Nothing comes up on the screen, as if its not turning on, i try to hold the power button down but it wont turn on. Recently bought a new battery for it cuz the old one looked as if it exploded inside itself. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME RIGHT AWAY, I WAS HOPING TO GET THIS PHONE BACK TO THEM TODAY FOR A VALENTINES SURPRISE, AS THESE ARE VERY VERY TIME SENSITIVE PHOTOS!

Yikes! I'm very sorry to hear that the device you are working on is causing such problems. I understand the importance of having a properly functioning device. When it comes to the listed details of the battery exploding, the device more than likely has physical damage or corrosion causing the non power issue. Does the user of the device have insurance? If so, they may be able to file an insurance claim by visiting http://bit.ly/07CrqPK Also, have the user confirmed if they are eligible for upgrade by dialing #UPG?
