The appointments were created in both places, some on the calendar app and some in Outlook. I sync in both wifi and on the cellular data network.
Ikinne, thanks for that information. I experienced the same issue with a different customer as well. It resulted in us contacting Microsoft to have some settings in outlook adjusted. I have talked with Microsoft and had our IT group look at it. They both say it should work and the settings I have are what they should be.
