Is anyone using the HTC Incredible 2 in a prepaid plan? Recently retired, and looking for a way to keep this phone, avoid an early termination fee, and lower my bill. Not asking for too much!!
You are not able to use post paid devices (such as the Droid Incredible 2) on prepaid plans.
Actually isn't the Dinc2 a 3G only smartphone? I think I read if the phone has used on a postpaid account for six months minimum, a 3G only smartphone could be activated on a prepaid smartphone plan.

I know the opposite is true - that you can use a prepaid phone that's been active with prepaid for 6 months on a postpay account - would be good to know how the reverse works, if it does at all.
It is supported on Prepay for the 60.00 or the 70.00 monthly plan

Congratulations on your retirement. You are now at a time to enjoy yourself and not worry about the little things. I am happy to hear that you are interested in switching over to our prepaid plans. In order to do so and avoid an early termination fee, you would have to finish your current agreement. You can bring your HTC Incredible 2 over to the prepaid side.
