My Incredible has started heating up with rapid battery drain when it is not in use...sometimes in holster; sometimes just sitting on table, chair arm, etc. I have two batteries and it doesn't seem to make any difference which one is in place. Doesn't happen all the time but when it does, it gets very warm/hot and drains the battery rapidly.
