Phone keeps rebooting

My Bionic keep rebooting over and over.  It started on the way to work this morning.  I tried to clear the cache and then did a factory reset.  Now, I can get to the Welcome screen and select English.  Then the phone completely reboots again.  It won't even boot in safe mode.  Is there anything else I can try to get it working???  Thanks!

For some short term relief, reinstall the battery:

Turn off phone.  Wait seven seconds.  remove battery.  wait seven seconds.  reinstall battery.  wait seven seconds.  Turn on phone
