If I make a call and get a unattended service with a "Press 1" etc then the screen goes blank so I can"t press 1. No amount of button pressing or combination there of will bring screen back on AND you cannot end the call by pressing and or holding power button.
I get this when I am going through my voicemail. I quickly put the phone up to my face, then bring it back down and finish my call features.
