Picture Messaging problem

When I send a picture message to other phones it shows up as a box with an X through it. And sometimes it says picture message too big and I've played around with the pictures and when I make it smaller, it still doesn't work.

Set the widescreen off, and resolution to normal. The will send pics via texting without auto resizing. If you want to send existing pics not changed by these settings it'll have to be done by other means.
