Picture Speed Dial

Ok so I am new to this forum and new to the Droid X.  I received it over the weekend and am trying to figure out the Android S/w (I have been with WM the past 2 phones).

A silly question....one of my home screens has picture speed dial.  In trying to set it, I accidentally pick a random # from my contact list.  I somehow managed to do this twice. Now I can't figure out how to change it (or edit the #'s I correctly picked, i.e.. work, cell, email, text).  I also deleted one of these picture speed dials.  Can see how to get it back

You can press and hold the wrong links and then drag item to recycle bin at bottom then recreate the link by

1. Pressing on screen until menu pops up

2. Select Widget

3. Contact quick link
