How can I transfer pictures from my Vista PC to my HTC Incredible 2? I've tried to use V Cast Media Manager, but it will not recognize my phone.

The HTC Sync for the Thunderbolt might still work. It could load the right driver. I loaded HTC Sync for the HTC Aria and the same computer found the drivers for the Thunderbolt and the Droid Eris.

Obviously I do not have enough computer knowledge to make this work. I plugged in my phone, opened that drive and tried to copy/paste a couple of pictures. Windows would not allow me to paste into the phone. Can you tell me what I am missing?

I'm still finding things that I forgot to grab from the Eris' sd card.

Yes, that is what I think is happening. I keep getting a message that my Vista PC can not find the drivers for the disk drive when I plug in the phone to the USB port. In My Computer, the phone disk drive does not show the sd card, yet my phone does show an SD card that is empty.

I've been all over the HTC website and have had no luck finding any button that accesses drivers. When I try search all I get are forum pages which do not help me. I tried early on to get to htc support via e-mail. Their response was to refer me to Verizon. I don't know where to go.

I'm having the same issue. Incredible 2 microSD card isn't recognized by computer (Win7 64 bit). Card itself works fine in both phone and PC separately.
HTC Sync doesn't support Incredible 2, and apparently Verizon isn't supporting it either (sarcasm) as their website is NO help.

UPdate: HTC Sync does not recognize my Incredible 2 as being plugged in. Any other ideas?
