I can't get pictures from computer to phone.
More Information may be helpful..
What happens when you plug in device and select Disk Drive, do you not see the storage card listed under My Computer direstory on pc/? If you see it then all you have to do is open to lodation you want to put file and copy files there.

I would be glad to help with your pictures.How are you trying to transfer the pictures from the phone to the computer via the USB cable? Or are you having difficulty emailing pictures?
