How do I download pictures from my Droid to the computer when my touch screen is broken?
Is this the original Droid or one of the later models? You can pull the battery to turn off the phone. Take the SD card out and use a card reader to view the contents of the SD card. If you don't have an internal memory space for pictures, then the pictures would be on the SD card. Look for the DCIM folder.

It is the original droid. I do have an internal memory space for the pictures. I was able to take a magnet to the back of the phone to put in "car mode" and can access some stuff using the keyboard. I can get to my gallery of pictures and it is only showing 1 picture on the SD card and the other 1000 on the camera.
The ones in the camera are on the SD Card in the DCIM / 100MEDIA folder..
