I can't seem to receive my pictures. People have sent me pictures and I either do not receive them at all, or they sit in my inbox downloading for days, until I have to delete them because it just isn't coming. This issue has happened numerous time on different occasions. I have tried the pull battery thing, deleting my texts and turning on and off the phone and even making sure I am in WiFi and not just using my data. But alas, issue still is happening. It has also been happening on outgoing picture messages where people are reporting that they aren't getting my pictures or if they do it is days later.  I haven't been to a store to resolve the issue because I have been reading the other posts and apparently it just happens to alot of people and no one can finds the answer. Does anyone have a working solution??

If you are using the battery saving APP Juice Defender UN-install it and then turn your phone off and restart the phone.  I had Juice Defender and after un installing it a couple of the problems on my Charge phone went away.  I never did reinstall it.

Good morning shylasmom12,

Thank you for sharing your wireless concern with the community! I can certainly understand how important picture messaging is! After all, it's a great way to share memories with friends and family while on the go! Rest assured that I am committed to getting this issue resolved for you! May I ask are you able to send and receive text messages without any issues? Also, are you able to browse the web without conflict? If so then please try the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Verify that the text is being sent to the 10-digit mobile number.

Prior to completed a hard reset, I suggest backing up all of your personal information to you Gmail account. Once you have did the reset then there is a brief tutorial on the phone that will walk you through the device setup. Prior to adding apps and your personal information to the phone, please test all voice, data, and messaging services for functionality. If the issue persist then please reply with your findings as this issue may need to be escalated.

Thank you...
