Please do something about the Charge

I hope someone from Verizon can read and reply to this.  I have had a terrible time with my droid charge.  Call quality, 4g/3g/no g etc.  I use this phone to handly my business and it is getting really hard to do that.  I am probably going to cancel my plan and go to sprint or ATT.  I have only had my new phone for 45 days but I have to do something.  I have called customer service, I have done hard resets.  I have done everythingh.  I do not want a factory refurbished phone or another Charge.  That is a slap in the face.  Could you imagine buying a new car having trouble with it, taking it back to the dealership, and them giving you a certified used one?  What a joke verizon.  I hope someone on here can help me.
