Poor voice recognition

Hello,

I have Droid X and try to use voice activated dialing. I use it either using 'Bluetooht' or directly. In either cases very often my devcice fails to recognize command. Sometime I've got message "No playlist stored", sometime it recognize command properly and sometime it recognize first command but then fails to recognize 'yes/no' and etc.

Is it something wrong with my device or I could customize voice recognisition feature?
