I dropped my phone and at first it would turn on but the screen would act funny (white lines and such), but if i tapped it it would go back to normal. I kept pulling the battery and restarting it to see if it would help, no luck. I plugged my charger in and I could tell it was working, so it's just the screen. Now when I try to turn my phone on I can hear the "DROID" welcome and I can hear clicks when I touch the screen and I can hear when someone is texting me, but the screen doesn't show anything. It's just black. Can anyone help me?
I'm sorry to learn that your phone is not working after the dropping incident. If you have insurance you can get a replacement pronto! Just file claim online http://PhoneClaim.com/Verizon at your convenience. If you are eligible for an upgrade you can process online http://is.gd/UpgradeOnline and get a new phone within a couple days, login to your My Verizon http://vzw.com to check your upgrade eligibility. If none of the above options are available to you we have a CPO replacement program that would get you a discounted device without extending your contract or your upgrade eligibility, see details http://bit.ly/KNnblU online.
