Problem with Autopin sign-in

Hi there, I'm having a little issue with gettin into my phone. My younger cousin was playing with my phone and after many attempts of trying to guess my pin the phone decided to lock me out and request that I include my google email and password. The thing is, I don't remember what they were Is there a number to call or way to unlock my phone?

if you setup password recovery in gmail/settings/accounts, use it.

can you use a pc/mac to access gmail, it should remember login/password.
