Problems with new Jelly Bean Upgrade

I have had nothing but problems with my Bionic since the latest upgrade.   I have replaced the SIMS card (had to drive 45 minutes to a Verizon store as we were out of town.   The photos for my contacts are all BLURRED.    I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon and resulted in doing a "hard factory reset".   Guess what - the problems are still there.   I continue to get an error message the pops up randomly but doesn't stay long enough to copy it.

I am not due for an upgrade until January.
