I have waited and waited for the update that was supposed to fix my phone (my 4th Bionic). The update didn't fix the data drop issues, camcorder issues, BSODs and many others. What am I supposed to do now?

Did you do the usual troubleshooting steps after the update? Factory reset without reloading your settings? New SIM card?
