Over the last couple of days, my Incredible has been restarting A LOT! Anyone else have this issue or any idea why?
Happens to me all the time! Hate it! VZW is no help!!!!!
Occasionally, I will see a black screen with "HTC" in the middle of it for a few seconds, and then my home page returns. Is this the random restart issue? If so, then I am experiencing it off and on. The other day, however, the screen went black with "HTC" in the center, and it did not come back. I had to turn the phone off and on again.
Also, on three occasions, I have received a call and the phone locked up as the phone was ringing. Nothing responded ... couldn't get the screen back ... couldn't power off .. and all the while, the phone kept ringing. I finally had to take the back cover off the phone and remove the battery to solve this problem. Anyone seen this issue?
I have experienced this problem since day one. I was lucky enough to pre-order the device and received it promptly. It is funny that customer service suggests this hasn't been an issue. It is on many message boards, causing the same reboot issue in many States. I have tried turning on and off, factory reboot, NO HELP!
