From all I have read and my experience with my new Droid you can not voice dial through blue tooth. You have to use a wired headset or the device microphone. I almost didn't buy because of this, but decided to try it anyway. We can only hope a future update will take care of this Glaring ommission. I had the same problem with an earlier phone from Motorola years ago. Seems like a Moto thing.
I have had only one other issue and that is viewing the screen in bright sunlight. It is horrendous, but then so has every other phone I have owned ( not to mention laptops)
Loving it otherwise.
