I just purchased my Droid X yesterday, and so far, I love it! However, I am trying to find the $100 Rebate form. Where do I go to get the Rebate form. I think I read online that it will be in the form of a debit card, but I don't have the form to complete to receive it. Where do I go to get it?
If you purchased in the store, it was part of the paperwork that you were given.
yeah.....it's one of the giant receipt lookin papers that you got at the store. they should've given you a rebate receipt and an actual receipt.
In addition to a giant portion of your receipt, I believe you also have to cut out and mail in the side of the box that your Droid X came in. You should photo copy it and keep a copy for your records. (I do not believe Verizon will accept a photocopy.) I believe Verizon wants the original cardboard box piece. It is the piece with the bar codes, serial numbers, etc. If I am mistaken about this, I apologize in advance and ask you to correct me in a reply. I am only passing on information given to me by Verizon representatives and trying to ensure that people receive their rebates.

I have never used it as I order my phones online, but there is a rebate site where you, "Presubmit" your rebate, whatever that means.
Thanks everyone! I just asked the representative about it at Sam's Club where I bought my phone for $199, and she said that their rebates are instant. If I had paid full price at a Verizon store, then I would have received paperwork. If anyone knows that I am still entitled to a rebate, please let me know. Thanks for the suggestions!
$199 is correct after rebate
