I got this phone from a friend, I saw him use it, I know it works. He upgraded and gave me the phone. I went to activate it and once it activates into my account...it starts rebooting. No one in the verizon stores will help me and they just say that they've never seen this happen before. My friend told me that it can be a RUU update???
