Rebooting issues

Hi guys new to the board. I loved my new Incredible till it started to power on and off recenlty. I have no idea why, sometimes I'm browsing the internet and in the middle it restarts. Sometimes I'm just going through contacts and it restarts. It is becoming annoying. Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? From what I been reading I am not the only person with this problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
