Receiving a signal !

Ok Here is my question. We lived in a home, moved to an apartment. At the house always got three bars inside. Now that were at an apartment I have to go out side to make a call. Had to call an ambulance last week for my wife had to go out side to make the call. Is this normal is there anything that I can do to get the signal in the apartment. Open for suggestions.

Thanks

It really does not have anything to do with a hoouse or a apartment, it is more of the reception in the area of where you live, cell phones reception varies from area to area, it just sounds like you moved in a low reception area....   If this concern you I would look into getting a signal booster from Verizon to resolve issue, I have a sometime weak reception at my job and this works well..

Thank you for your inquiry. Adding to what was stated, perhaps power cycling your device if your having a connection issue could help refresh the signal the phone is getting with the tower. Also as mentioned, we do offer a network extender that can help with indoor reception as well. I am proving a link that you can assist you further.
