Recharger cradle for Droid 2

Does the recharger cradle in the accessories pack accommodate a Droid 2 with extended battery?  If so, what are the differences between the standard droid 2 recharger cradle ($19.97) and the XT cradle 29.97 -- what does one get for the extra $10?  The description of features is identical except whether the standard cradle accommodates a Droid 2 with extended battery?
