Red triangle/exclamation point on text thread

I have the same problem and it is with old messages with attachments that are going to expire.  Does anyone know how to get rid of the red triangles? I tried to delete them, but it would not let me.

I ended up calleing tech support and the problem was that I had not deleted any of my texts and I didn't have enough space.  I deleted old messages and the problem is solved.
