Reset to Factory Condition?

I'm getting ready to sell my Droid on eBay. I did the factory reset option from the Settings menu but when I connect the Droid to my PC, I still see what looks like some of the files I downloaded or installed on the SD card. How do I wipe this so no personal information is left?

Yeah a factory reset doesn't touch the sd card.  Go to Settings-SD Card & Phone Storage, choose Unmount SD Card and then  hit Format.
