If you have backup assistance set up on your device and a contact has been deleted, you can sign into your online account to access Backup Assistance and the contact will be listed in the contact list. Backup Assistance allows the contacts on your phone to be saved and stored at which if you activate a different phone to your line, the contacts can be transferred to that device. To access Backup Assistance, you would sign into your online account.
