My phone ringer automatically mutes itself at random times and also every night at 10:00. I have checked Motorola Assist to make sure sleep and meeting time muting is not enabled. This problem seemed to start with last software update. Any ideas to fix this problem??

How often is this happening? Run the phone in safe mode http://vz.to/1lGpmhM for a few hours and see if this stops. It may be a 3rd party causing the issue. If it stops while in safe mode, you will need to uninstall all 3rd party apps and add them back one at a time to see which one is causing the problem. Keep us posted.
