Ringtones

I had to have my phone all reset at the Verizon Store because it froze up, now when I try to download ringtones...I get a message that says unable to download, or download failed. Ive tried three different ringtone apps and even the vcast app, and still unable to download. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

@brendenk, I know this sounds stupid, but after the reset, did they help you activate the phone? Were you able to place calls or perform other data tasks like browsing etc?

Thanks nimiaj for your response. I just wanted to add some additional information. To activate your phone, please dial *228 (Send) option 1 from your wireless device.
