Personally I use "AndExplorer" free from the App Store.

There is also Astro file explorer and Estrongs file explorer and several others available from the Google Market.

Or, you can open up the file apps that comes with the Incredible, find the files you want to open up and tap on them. Some of the files inside the File apps have strange names but with a careful search, you'll probably find all the files you want to view.
