SKYPE?

I was told i could video skype with my new Incredible 2.  I cannot figure it out.  The salesman at Verizon told me it would.  So i got the phone.  I dont know what i am doing.  Can anyone help me?

The application "Skype with Video" is not yet available for the Droid Incredible 2.
