Saving pics from txt messages

How do you save pics to your phone/card that were sent via txt message?

Go to the picture press down on it when the menu comes up select save to sd card.

What if the menu option to save doesn't come up. I received pics that are identified as a slide show (even though there is only one picture in the show), could that be the reason I can't save them to a specific file?

if you tap on the image (once you have started the "slide show" of an incoming picture message) then tap on the picture a menu will appear. Click the far right button (looks like phone wallpaper button) this will bring up the save menu. Then check the image(s) that you'd like to save and click safe. then check your gallery and there should be a new folder with the image saved (all images from a text will be saved to this folder unless moved with another app such as astro file manager)
