Saving podcast attachment from e-mail

I can preview an e-mail attached podcast (or recording) but how do I download it and can it be saved?

Yes you can save the podcast to your phone. When you open the email you should be able to hit the menu button then choose an option for the attachment. Depending on which email carrier the message is through determines the size of the actual attachment you can receive. Hope this helps.
