I slid open the phone and the lights on the buttons lit up on the keypad and the 4 touch buttons. The screen lit up black. It was working fine previous to doing this, didn't download an app either. The phone did fall off my lap on the floor of my car but besides that, nothing. The screen is all responsive though, as well as the touch buttons. I can feel the vibrate if I touch the home button, i can slide to unlock my phone, answer phone calls and text people after they text me and i just type and press send without seeing a screen.
Is there a way to fix it? I tried removing the battery, removing the sd card, leaving the phone alone for 30 minutes both on and off, plugged into the charger. Is the screen completely dead? ANy hope forit? Go to a store or call a number for a replacement?
