Screen does not awaken when a call is received. Also, sometimes have to press the power button three times to wake the screen. Sounds like a setting, any suggestions?

Screen does not awaken when a call is received.  Also, sometimes have to press the power button three times to wake the screen.  Sounds like a setting, any suggestions? New Droid Mini, had one the last two years, did not do this.

PB1022,

Certainly want you to be able to see your calls when they come in. How long has this been going on for? If you also go to apps > settings> active display you can adjust your settings there for the phone.
