Screen goes blank started 3/4/14

I have had this problem before. I went through all of the remove batt, reset, factory reset, and relaced phone due to another issue. Here I am with a new phone and yesterday the blank screen again. Checked proximity sensor, all is normal. What gives? Tried customer service a while back an did not help solve problem. any new thoughts on this like JB update the problem??
