I am only to send text to certain people.  Is anybody else having this issue?  I keep resending it and it bounces back as well to two people right now.  I have checked for updates (none needed), have removed the battery and rebooted, and also tried the *228 update with the same results of not being able to send these two people text messages.

Hello scotty1302,
I can understand the importance of being able to send text messages. I'd be glad to assist you but do need additional information. When did the issue start? What zip code are you located in?
If using a 3rd party messaging application, please remove and retry with the preinstalled messaging application. I also recommend you delete messaging threads and retest.
